In a world marked by rapid cultural change, spiritual confusion, the weakening of existing seminaries, and significant global opportunity, the church must invest intentionally in forming leaders who can preach Christ faithfully, shepherd wisely, and serve with wisdom, humility, and conviction.

Chicago Confessional Leadership Initiative
RTTC serves as the collaborative engine of the Chicago Confessional Leadership Initiative — a shared effort among pastors and churches across Chicago and Chicagoland to strengthen the pipeline of confessional leadership and cultivate a more church-embedded model of theological formation.

Our Strategy
We seek to strengthen theological training in Chicago by helping establish and scale a Chicago-based training presence through strategic partnerships, including collaboration with Reformed Theological Seminary and other confessional institutions.
This strategy emphasizes church-embedded formation, combining centralized theological instruction with pastoral mentorship in healthy local churches across Chicago and Chicagoland.
